Helloo :) the name's Siti Nadzirah Bte Hamzah and ya'll can call me Irah. I'm in my third and final year in Mass Communication, with electives of Advanced Public Relations, Photojournalism and Documentary Production. Thankfully, I'm enjoying them so far and thus hoping to attain the best learning experience possible.

Just a little something about me - I enjoy baking, adoooore cats be it stray or domestic (currently looking after 4 stray cats) and have a developing passion for photography & children. Oh yes, and I love to draw (: here's one of my sweet darlings.


Anyway, getting down to my expectations of Customer Service Communication, I hope this module will be able to better equip me with knowledge and how-to's to delivering customer satisfaction while contributing profitability to the company at the same time. Though this requires practice and ample time to master, i am assured that it is achievable and practical in the working life :)
