OH, i forgot about this.



I'm Michelle from mass communications,
currently taking Advanced Advertising, Radio Production and Presentation Skills in Chinese. Yup, chinese, i'm proud to be bilingual. ahahahahaha.

I love korean celebrities - Super junior (슈퍼주니어), Dong bang shin ki (동방신기), Wonder Girls (원더걸스), Big Bang (빅뱅), etc. Heard of them? haha. I can read and write hangul, but i can't quite understand what it's saying.

And so, I took Customer Service Communication because since i'm a mass communication student, i should also learn about customer service so that it will aid in my profession in the near future. I believe that whatever occupation you do, you can't run away from handling customers, unless you take stocks everyday or you manufacture batteries. So why not learn it from now?
